(CNN) -- A Qantas flight from Hong Kong to Melbourne made an emergency landing in the Philippines on Friday after a hole appeared in the fuselage and the cabin lost pressure suddenly.
An inspection revealed a hole in the Boeing 747-400's fuselage, and initial reports indicated that a section of the fuselage had separated in the area of the forward cargo compartment, the Australian Transport Safety Bureau said in a written statement.

Update: An oxygen bottle is the suspect to the cause of the explosion. The CVR data from when the explosion happened was overwritten during the emergency landing. Qantas has grounded 6 aircraft to check maintenance records.

QANTAS have had a number of incidents since, I'd be a bit nervous if I was to board one of their aircraft at the moment...
