Don't know the episode...

Dear people,

A couple of years ago I'd seen an episode (don't know if it was this TV show) on Discovery or NGC where they showed a very short black/white video.
This real captured video showed a (I believe) 747 pitching up with 90 - 180 degrees because of a failed system.
It could be the autopilot or the system that let the plane quickly climb or desent when another plane is close.
Finally the pilots got back the controls on time and the plane didn't crash.

I'm looking for this episode / video for over years, but I can't find it.
Is there anyone who saw this episode too or know the incident?
I believe it was a Japanees airliner, but I'm not sure.

There is an episode that sounds similar to this but I don't recall a black and white clip. It was season 4 episode 6: Panic Over The Pacific which involved China Airlines flight 006 and a 747.

I'd agree that it is most likely China Air Lines 006, the plane was a B747-SP.
